Menicon Appoints Oxana Pastushenko as CEO EMEA

Menicon Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 21-19, Aoi 3, Naka-ku, Nagoya; Director, President, and CEO: Koji Kawaura) announced: Oxana Pastushenko has joined the company taking up the position of CEO EMEA. She begins her new role effective April 1, 2026.

Oxana brings broad and senior experience within the optical industry. Her career includes leadership positions such as Global Marketing Director at Bausch + Lomb, Commercial Director Western Europe at CooperVision, and VP Marketing and Strategic Projects EMEA at CooperVision. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at HOYA Vision Care.

With her deep expertise in strategic leadership, healthcare and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), commercial execution and sales effectiveness, category management, customer engagement, and organizational development, she will further strengthen Menicon’s business across the EMEA region. In addition, her core task will be to drive sustainable business growth, strengthen organizational capability, and deepen customer engagement throughout the region.
